Any quote, estimate, or proposal provided by Elite Sound & Events is based on the information available at the time of preparation and may be adjusted if event requirements change. A booking is considered confirmed only after both parties have agreed to the service terms and any required deposit or payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel requests that cannot be accommodated due to scheduling conflicts, venue restrictions, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.
Payments
Payment schedules, deposits, balances, and cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement, proposal, or invoice. Clients are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule. Failure to submit payments on time may result in delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of the booking. Any applicable late fees or collection costs may be added where permitted by law.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding event dates, locations, schedules, venue access, technical requirements, and any special requests. Clients must also obtain any permits, permissions, licenses, or approvals required for the event. Delays or additional costs resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information may be the responsibility of the client.
